• Tradify – our job management system, which holds quotes, job details and contact information. Our website quote form is provided by Tradify.
• Xero – our accounting system, which holds invoicing and payment records.

These providers store data on secure cloud servers, which may be located outside Australia. We may also share information where required by law, for example with councils or regulators for plumbing compliance, or with our accountant. We don’t sell, rent or trade your information.

How we protect it

Your information is stored in password-protected systems that only our team can access. We keep records for as long as we need them for the job and to meet our legal and tax record-keeping requirements.

Our website

Our website is hosted by Wix, which may use cookies and collect basic technical information (such as browser type and pages visited) to keep the site running and measure visits. You can turn off cookies in your browser settings.
